The Curly Jo Experience gives you one on one access to me, my experience and my knowledge either through a video call or in person. And it doesn’t just end after the consultation! Depending on the service you book we will spend between 45 and 90 beautiful minutes chatting all things curly together. We’ll discuss your hair and curls, your routine and the problems you are facing. We will troubleshoot your issues and get your questions answered.

CURL REPORT
All services receive a detailed follow up document, your Curl Report, post consultation. These truly are detailed, they’re long and include everything we talked about, with links to products, relevant posts, discount codes and even more.
They’ve been described as a ‘Curl Bible’ by previous clients.
ONGOING SUPPORT
The end of the consultation does not signify the end of your service! I offer ongoing support. You become a ‘Curl Client’ and are prioritised on emails, Instagram Comments and DMs. You can always ask further questions and get more help. We will continue to tweak your routine for as long as needed.

For the beginner, novice and curl confused, this will walk through an entire washday allowing you to feel more confident with each step. From shampoo, right through to diffusing and more. We will discuss techniques, products, curl theories and more. Working out a new routine (as needed) that suits you, your hair type and your lifestyle.

THE TROUBLESHOOT EXPERIENCE
YOUR CURLY 102
Need your routine tweaking slightly to address a sudden or recurring curl problem? Can’t work out why you have all the frizz? Struggling with styling, diffusing, protein? Any curl problem! This experience is tailored to 1-2 specific curl issues you are facing.

THE IN PERSON EXPERIENCE
YOUR CURL MASTERCLASS
For those wanting a full, in depth curl masterclass. We’ll talk through each stage of washday and put what you’ve learnt into practice straight away, embedding your knowledge. I won’t be doing your hair, instead I will show and guide you through each step so you can replicate the results on your own. This is true hands on curl education.
